Analytics consulting and training

What it is

At many companies it is not the data that is missing, but someone who can read it. That is what consulting is for: in an online or in-person meeting we work on your questions. We go through your measurement concept, make sense of the reports, give you a second opinion on an agency proposal, or think through what a planned development will mean for your tracking. None of that has to become a project - a single session is often enough to point the next step in the right direction.

Training is the answer when it is not one or two questions you need answered, but the everyday work of the team you want to strengthen. We hold it online or in a classroom, for a marketing team of a few people just as well as for a larger, mixed group. The curriculum always follows the level of the people in the room: sometimes we start at the basics of Google Analytics, elsewhere the subject is Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, consent handling or reporting.

Wherever we can, we run the training on your own systems rather than on theoretical examples: in your accounts, with your numbers. That way the people in the room are not sitting through generic course material, but can put what they learned to work the same week.

How we work

1. 01 Mapping the needs We talk through whether you are after answers to a few specific questions or want to train the team. We also clarify who will be in the room and where they are starting from.
2. 02 Agenda or curriculum We put together an agenda for a consultation or a curriculum for training, and go through it with you before the session. That way no time is spent on what you already know.
3. 03 The session itself We hold the session online or in person, and leave time for questions at the end. You get the materials and the notes afterwards.
