About us
Measurement is not always a necessary evil
Sound business decisions can only be made on data. So our goal is to hand you data you can actually interpret, not just numbers on a dashboard.
Our clients include individual businesses who want their own platforms measured properly, as well as PPC agencies who want their clients' measurement in order. Let's be honest: most companies don't have the in-house know-how to set up proper measurement. That knowledge is genuinely hard to acquire, which is why only a handful of agencies and companies in Hungary have real in-house data expertise.
Our individual clients range from SMEs to larger international companies, across the widest range of segments and measurement needs. For PPC agencies the problem is even bigger: without the right measurement competencies in-house, campaign optimization can never really work, and clients are quick to leave. Many PPC agencies treat measurement as a necessary evil: they wire it up somehow and start advertising. But poorly implemented measurement usually causes more harm than good.
Our concept is completely different from a PPC agency's. We deal exclusively with measurement - we don't run campaigns. But we work closely with many PPC agencies and freelancers who know that great campaigns are built on high-quality measurement.
DataCrew was founded in 2024 by Péter Juhász-Nagy, who has been through many agencies before, taken part in numerous international projects, and already led several teams.
Our philosophy
Only flawless measurement leaves our hands
We never settle for good enough. We keep learning and sharpening our own skills so we always work from the most current knowledge. Every measurement setup follows today's best practices, and we default to the newest tools and API versions across the board while keeping an eye on where the market is heading. There's no such thing as an impossible measurement setup - just one that might need more time.
Working together
How you can work with us
By default we work on a fixed project fee. That means once our audit is done and we can see the measurement problems and the untapped measurement opportunities, we send you a quote for the setup work. The project fee covers the complete setup: everything needed to reach the agreed measurement goals. No surprises - you will know exactly what we are going to achieve together and what it costs you. When we scope the project we also set a start and an end date, and we always keep to them.
If you are a PPC agency and one of your clients needs a measurement setup, we can help with that too. In those cases we always contract with the end client (that is, the PPC agency's client) for the project. After a successful project we pay the PPC agency a 15% commission on the delivered work. Everyone wins: your clients' measurement is finally in order, so you can trust the results of your campaigns - and you get paid for it on top.
Besides fixed-fee projects you can also book monthly support hours. In that case you reserve at least 10 working hours a month and we work for you at an hourly rate. We track every minute we spend on your projects in a time tracking app, and at the beginning of each month we send you the previous month's time report for full transparency. The 10 hours are payable even if you do not use all of them, and if the work runs beyond 10 hours there is no problem either: the hourly rates stay the same. Within support hours we commit to a maximum 24-hour response time on working days and you get a dedicated Slack channel, so this setup also works for putting out fires. Support hours are mostly used by larger companies and PPC agencies.
